Andielynn Walters
Associate Attorney
Andielynn provides thoughtful, compassionate, and strategic representation to clients navigating complex family law matters. She is known for combining clear legal analysis with empathy and professionalism, helping clients understand the legal process while working towards meaningful resolutions. When disputes cannot be resolved amicably, Andielynn is a confident and prepared advocate in court, committed to protecting her clients’ interests.
Andielynn focuses her practice on family law, including divorces, child custody and parentage disputes, and premarital and postnuptial agreements. She approaches each case with diligence and attention to detail, tailoring her advocacy to the unique dynamics of each family and prioritizing effective solutions.
Before concentrating her practice on family law, Andielynn developed substantial litigation and courtroom experience through her work in criminal and civil matters. As a Staff Attorney with the Legal Aid Society’s Criminal Defense Practice in New York City, she appeared regularly in court, negotiated resolutions, and advocated for clients at every stage of misdemeanor and felony proceedings. This foundation sharpened her advocacy skills and ability to remain professional and strategic in high-stakes, emotionally charged cases.
Andielynn also practiced family law in Denver, Colorado. She volunteered with Metro Volunteer Lawyers co-sponsored by the Denver Bar Association, assisting self-represented litigants with family law matters.
A native New Yorker, Andielynn relocated to Utah to focus her practice on family law and to advocate for clients with professionalism and tenacity. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering in the community, traveling, hiking, and supporting the arts.
